I tend to feel hungry at awkward timings, sometimes in between meals, and often at around 10pm. A few days ago, I whipped up this little snack from some chilli con carne leftovers.

To make a night-time snack, I mashed some potatoes and spread them over the chilli in a small bowl. To add a finishing touch, I sprinkled some bacon bits over the mashed potatoes.
